The HR Analyst will support global employee assignments management and immigration projects and initiatives as assigned. The scope of work will include process management: working with the teams on detailed documentation of processes, process improvements, establishing and monitoring ongoing control measures and reporting. With an understanding of systems and the impact on processes and opportunity to enhance the employee’s experience the incumbent will be the point of contact for systems changes and enhancements as well as an active participant in the testing cycles for SAP or Service Now changes. Communicate and train on processes that have changed and approved by key stakeholders. The incumbent will identify key implementation issues and work with operations managers and other stakeholders to determine best solution.

This entry level position wil be working with the various stakeholders identify, prepare and manage communications relating to the

processes including the development and reporting of appropriate metrics. The development of the

business case for projects or initiatives that includes the ROI analysis and other aspects that identify

improvements whose significance is not just cost; i.e. data integrity, better customer service.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree from an accredited institution with a major in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills, reinforced by the knowledge of Six Sigma principles (Yellow Belt Certified) or ability to be certified in less than 6 months

  • Ability to effectively handle confidential issues and provide leadership to a diverse, ad hoc team

  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain

composure under stress

  • Must have the legal right to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of human resources systems, work processes and policies, preferably with

HRMS/SAP

  • Familiarity with managing process improvement projects

  • Proficient in the use of Business Objects and Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
